EUROPEAN UNION REGISTRATION, EVALUATION, AUTHORIZATION
AND RESTRICTION OF CHEMICALS (REACH) STATEMENT
RAF Electronic hardware is aware of the REACH Regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals Regulation, EC 1907/2006), the European Union regulation that is intended to regulate the use and importation of chemicals and substances into the European Union.
As a manufacturer of "articles" which do not intentionally release chemical substances, RAF Electronic Hardware is not subject to the REACH regulation's registration requirements.
Products manufactured by RAF Electronic Hardware do not contain REACH SVHC* (Substance of Very High Concern) materials in excess of 0.1% by weight.
However, RAF will continue to work closely with our Customers and Suppliers to ensure compliance with all requirements of the REACH Regulations.
*This
declaration includes the REACH SVHC chemicals identified through December 19, 2011.
